三、控制面板功能說明The control panel functions

四、試樣sample

五、預處理pretreatment

六、設備使用方法Equipment use method
火焰校準Flame calibration
1、將火焰校準裝置安裝好，
2、按照設備所貼標示，正確地插上電源（AC220V）、通入燃氣，然后打開控制面板上的“電源”開關及氣源閥，啟動控制器顯示界面頁。
3、點擊界面中的“進入主控制界面”，至下圖10主控制界面，如需退出，點擊“返回”。
4、點擊“測試控制界面”，進入下圖15所示界面，設置好“點火延時”（如3s），再點擊“返回”至主控制界面，進入圖11所示的“火焰確認界面”。
5、將“手/自動”點向“手動”，再點擊“點火啟動”，微調噴燈上的燃氣調節閥，使火焰達到標準要求的高度即12mm±1mm。（注：如果必要，至少等待5min，使燃燒器達到平衡，然后重新調節火焰高度）
6、火焰調好并穩定后，點擊“點火停止”，使火焰熄滅。按住圖11界面中的“前進點動”，使噴燈向前移動，直至限位，再根據標準上的規定，通過移動熱電偶固定桿來調節好噴燈與銅塊之間的距離位置，詳見下圖14。
7、距離位置調節好后，按下“火焰確認啟動”，再點擊“點火啟動”，重新確認火焰高度。此時，圖11界面中的“測試銅塊溫度顯示”框實時顯示銅塊溫度。（注：必須在點擊“點火啟動”前，按下“火焰確認啟動”，否則當所測銅塊溫度達到火焰確認溫度下限設定值時，“火焰確認計時顯示”無法啟動，也不會將火焰確認時間記錄在“火焰確認記錄界面”中）
8、當“測試銅塊溫度顯示”值達到“火焰確認溫度下限”所設值即100℃時，“火焰確認計時顯示”開始，仔細觀察所測銅塊溫度實時顯示情況。當“測試銅塊溫度顯示”值達到“火焰確認溫度上限”所設值即700℃時，“火焰確認計時顯示”停止，按住“后退點動”直至限位，火焰熄滅，一次火焰確認結束。
9、待銅塊在空氣中自然冷卻到50℃以下時，再重復上述操作兩次，然后計算出三次火焰確認時間的平均值，如果結果在23.5s±1.0s內，則火焰被確認。（注：標準上規定，銅塊溫度從100℃±5℃升高到700℃±3℃需要的時間，應進行三次測量。在兩次測量之間，允許銅塊在空氣中自然冷卻到50℃）
10、若需查看火焰確認記錄，則需點擊“返回”至主控制界面（如上圖10），再點擊“試驗記錄界面”，進入試驗記錄選擇界面，如下圖12所示。點擊“火焰確認記錄界面”，進入下圖13所示界面進行查看。

七、開始試驗Begin to test
0、火焰確認后，在厚約10mm平滑的白松木板上緊裹一層絹紙作鋪底層，并置于施加針焰的試驗樣品位置下面200mm±5mm處。11、點擊界面右下方的“返回”，回到主控制界面（圖10），點擊“測試控制界面”，進入下圖15所示畫面。
2、根據試驗相關標準及要求，設置好“施焰時間”。（注：施加試驗火焰持續時間的優先值為：5s、10s、20s、30s、60s、120s，另外，施加試驗火焰的持續時間應根據成品的特性來選擇。）
3、根據上述“試樣”中的規定，準備好試樣，并將該試樣夾于相應的夾具中。【注：在安裝試樣時，必須根據此次試驗的點火方式（見下圖16、17）來選擇相應的試樣夾具，見上圖5、6，然后將夾具置于固定裝置中鎖緊】
4、試樣安裝好后，點擊“返回”，進入圖11界面，將“手/自動”點向“手動”，再按住“前進點動”，使裝載噴燈的小車向前移動，直至限位，然后調節噴燈與試樣之間的距離位置，以確保試驗時火焰能準確地燒到試樣。（注：如果在火焰施加期間試驗樣品滴下熔化或有焰的材料，則可以將噴燈按照上圖4擺放，以防止材料落入燃燒管）
5、噴燈與試樣之間的距離位置調節好后，就可以按住“后退點動”，使噴燈返回原位，然后關閉試驗箱門，將“手/自動”點向“自動”，再點擊圖11界面中的“點火啟動”。進入圖15界面，點擊“測試啟動”，噴燈就會自動向前移動至試驗位置給試樣供火，“施焰執行時間”開始計時，仔細觀察試樣的燃燒情況。
6、當“施焰執行時間”達到所設時間時，噴燈自動向后撤離且火焰緩緩熄滅，同時，“火焰持續計時”開始。仔細觀察試樣上余焰的燃燒情況，當看到試樣上的余焰熄滅時，則需立即按下控制面板上的“余焰停止”鈕或點擊圖13界面中的“火焰持續暫停”，使“火焰持續計時”停止，試驗結束。（注：在試驗過程中，如遇突發情況或故障，請立即按下該界面左下方的“緊急停止”，使試驗機暫停運行，當故障排除后，才能按下圖19界面中的“急停復位”，以恢復正常工作）
7、試驗結束后，若需查看上一次試驗的記錄，則點擊“返回”，進入上圖12所示界面，點擊“測試記錄界面”，進入下圖18所示界面進行查看。
8、若不需要進行第二次試驗，則應立即點擊“返回”，進入“功能控制界面”，見下圖19，點擊“排氣啟動”，排除廢煙氣，若需打開照明燈，則點擊界面中的“照明啟動”，打開試驗箱門，取出試樣，整理好試驗設備，然后關閉電源及燃氣。若需要繼續試驗，則重復上述操作。

八、觀察和測量Observation and measurement

試驗結果評定
除非有關標準另有規定，如果試驗樣品符合下列情況之一，可認為經得起針焰試驗。
a) 試驗樣品不產生火焰和灼熱現象，并且當使用包裝絹紙和白松木板時，包裝絹紙不起燃或白松木板不炭化。
b) 在移去針焰后，試驗樣品、周圍零件和鋪底層的火焰或灼熱持續時間應小于30S，即在t1＜30S內，試驗樣品周圍的零件、鋪底層不再繼續燃燒，而且當使用包裝絹紙或白松木板時，包裝絹紙既不起燃，白松木板也不炭化。
