Application
RNA labeling with digoxigenin by in vitro transcription with SP6, T3, and T7 RNA Polymerases. The labeled probes can be used for Southern, northern, and dot blots, colony and plaque lifts, or in situ hybridization.
Product Description
Labeling efficiency: Approx. 10 µg of full-length digoxigenin-labeled RNA is transcribed from 1 µg linear template DNA.
